01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and kx800 ("kx800", "the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided through kx800, including sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and any promotional features, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the kx800 platform and close your account. Continued use of any kx800 service constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the most current version of these Terms.

02 Eligibility

kx800 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and place of residence at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by kx800 support may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on kx800. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or unintentionally — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, kx800 reserves the right to close all but the original account, void all activity on secondary accounts, and forfeit any balances or bonuses held in those accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or payment method details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of your kx800 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. kx800 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use resulted from your failure to protect your credentials.

kx800 reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close any existing account at its sole discretion, including where we suspect fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on kx800 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). kx800 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits are credited to your kx800 balance upon confirmation of receipt by the platform. Standard mobile banking deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited within 30 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the originating financial institution.

Withdrawal requests are processed by kx800 within 1–6 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. kx800 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own fees, which are outside kx800's control.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• kx800 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Funds that are subject to an active bonus wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is fully met.
• kx800 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

kx800 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, seasonal promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

General bonus rules applicable to all kx800 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus will be stated in that promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified, after which any remaining bonus funds will expire.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings derived from completed wagering of bonus funds are withdrawable, subject to any additional conditions stated in the promotion.
• kx800 reserves the right to amend the terms of, suspend, or withdraw any ongoing promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing wagering requirements on already-claimed bonuses are honoured.
• Bonuses may only be used on games and markets specified in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games may result in the voiding of those wagers and associated winnings.
• kx800 will not award bonuses to accounts that are under investigation, suspended, or subject to a withdrawal freeze.

06 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on kx800, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other available markets, are governed by the specific rules for each sport as published in the kx800 Help Centre, in addition to these Terms. It is your responsibility to read and understand the applicable sport-specific rules before placing any bet.

Key general betting rules on kx800 include:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by kx800, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the user except where a cash-out option is available and exercised before the relevant market is settled.
• kx800 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error, system malfunction, or human error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the user's account balance.
• Bets on events whose outcome was known at the time of placement will be voided and the stake returned.
• kx800 sets maximum bet limits per market and per event. These limits vary by sport, market type, and user account standing. kx800 reserves the right to reduce individual bet limits at its discretion.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to brief suspension periods during key moments of a match. Bets placed during a suspension window will be rejected and the stake returned.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on kx800. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one kx800 account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity.

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct toward kx800 staff or other users.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any communication with kx800.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the kx800 platform — including but not limited to the kx800 brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of kx800 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kx800 platform for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activities. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any kx800 content or software, in whole or in part, without prior written consent from kx800.

09 Limitation of Liability

• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service caused by circumstances beyond kx800's reasonable control, including power failures, internet outages, or third-party system failures.
• Losses resulting from delays in payment processing caused by your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or bank.
• Any decision made by kx800 to void a bet or restrict an account in accordance with these Terms.

kx800's total liability to you, if any, in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited to your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits kx800's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10 Privacy & Data

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and kx800, you should contact kx800 customer support in the first instance. kx800 aims to resolve all disputes within 5 business days of receiving a formal written complaint. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration before resorting to litigation.

You agree that any claim arising from your use of kx800 must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims brought after this period are time-barred.
